While some users appreciate the fix, other informants reported that My Application (Messenger) does not start in Windows 10 build 2016.

Microsoft has not yet recognized this problem and has no solution for it.

Windows 10 build 20161 was released to Insiders on the Dev Channel in early July and was packed with cool new features, including the awesome new Start menu.

As far as it matters, it’s much better to identify and fix these types of issues as early as possible so that the Microsoft team has enough time to fix them.
