Many users have reported stuttering issues in Windows 10 and updating the display drivers to the latest version has been reported to resolve these issues.

Nvidia users have confirmed that the latest drivers fix stuttering issues, but if you’re an AMD user, there’s no harm in updating your drivers as well.

We recommend DriverFix to automatically download all outdated drivers on your PC. The process is automatic and much safer than searching for drivers yourself.

Get started by downloading and installing this amazing tool. Once installed, the software will automatically launch and check for driver issues or updates for your system.

The result will come in the form of a list of recommended drivers to update after a few seconds.

The rest is a procedure, you just need to click the Update All button if you want to install all drivers at once or check the individual boxes for each driver to install them individually

2. Check your antivirus

If you’re having problems with Hearthstone on your PC, your antivirus could be the cause. Sometimes a third-party antivirus can disrupt your system, causing these and many other errors.

To resolve the issue, make sure Hearthstone is added to the exceptions list in your antivirus and firewall.

If the problem persists, it is recommended that you disable certain antivirus features and see if that helps. In some cases, you may even need to completely disable your antivirus.

If disabling your antivirus program doesn’t help, your next step is to uninstall your antivirus program. Several users reported that removing their antivirus solved the problem, so be sure to give it a try.

A number of users reported that McAfee caused this issue. After the antivirus is removed, check if the problem persists.

If uninstalling the antivirus solves the problem, consider switching to another antivirus solution.

We highly recommend Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, primarily because it has a game mode feature.

That makes sure your antivirus doesn’t interfere with your gaming sessions in any way, plus it blocks popups and adjusts graphics settings for the best gaming experience.

Of course, Bitdefender Antivirus Plus comes with many other features, such as a VPN that can protect your online privacy at all times.

It also features a social media saver, an anti-tracker and even a password manager, all designed for your complete online safety.
